Super Visa

Super Visa

The word “Canada Super Visa” leads to the Canadian government’s Parent and Grandparent Super Visa. The Super Visa is a multi-entry visa that gives multiple entries for up to 10 years.

The fundamental difference is that the Super Visa enables an individual to stay in Canada for two years. A 10-year multiple entry visa would have a status period for every entry of six months. We will assist you during the entire process of a super visa and make your immigration process hassle-free.

Eligibility Criteria For Super Visa

To be eligible for the Super Visa, a person should be the parent or grandparent of a resident of Canada or a permanent Canadian citizen.
Moreover, they should also have a written letter of invitation from the child/grandchild inviting them to Canada.
A letter of invitation is no guarantee that a visa will be issued. It is just a means of letting the visa offices evaluate the candidate to determine if they meet the terms and needs of the Canadian immigration legislation.
While the full name and address and the relationship with the person will be needed for both the candidate and the person for whom the visa is being applied, the Parent and Grandparent Visa also requires written and signed consent of economic support to be submitted.
Proof that the income – of the Canadian resident/PR sponsoring their parent/grandparent –either meets or is above the low-income cut-off.
